The Nocturnal Library is dedicated to uncovering, discussing and archiving Noise history. Through writings that include background information and review this archive aims to preserve and discuss tape and CD(r) releases from the Noise underground as well as other adjacent styles, non-melodic and melodic from all decades starting in the 1980s.
